Terms of Service
These terms govern use of seraphtek.com, booking, payment, and every request for work. The Service Agreement covers how field, remote, web, and advisory work is performed.
Effective September 13, 2026
01Who we are
Seraphtek LLC, doing business as Seraphtek (“Seraphtek,” “we,” “us”), provides Field Technology Operations, commercial and municipal IT, website / SEO / AEO production, and separate advisory work in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
Contact: ops@seraphtek.com · (603) 212-1165.
02Agreement
By using this site, booking a slot, paying a package, submitting a request, or authorizing on-site or remote work, you agree to these Terms, the Service Agreement, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request work.
You must be 18 or older, or the parent or guardian of the person whose systems are involved. The adult who books is the customer of record.
03The site
The site describes services, published residential rates, and a way to book and pay. Copy, prices, and availability can change. A published range is not a bid until we confirm scope in writing or at the start of a billed session.
The staff / client sign-in is for authorized users only. Do not share credentials. We may suspend access if we believe an account is misused.
04Booking
The calendar (Calendly) holds a slot. Holding a slot is not a promise that the job is in scope or that the published rate covers it. We still confirm range before work starts, as stated on the site.
Hours shown are Eastern Time, Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00, unless we agree otherwise. After-hours or weekend work is quoted first. Commercial calendar holds are confirmed after a written range unless we say otherwise. Holding a slot is still not a promise that a published residential rate covers the job.
05Payment
Residential packages on the billout are paid by card through Stripe. Checkout collects the information Stripe needs, including state and phone. We do not store full card numbers.
- On-site support: $135/hour, 1-hour minimum, then 15-minute increments.
- Remote support: $69 per session up to 45 minutes, then $25 per 15 minutes.
- Flat-rate menu items are billed at the published price when the job matches the menu.
- Prepaid hour blocks are a standing residential buffer, not a general retainer. They apply to a commercial job only when the written range for that job says so.
- Quoted jobs, deposits, commercial, municipal, web, and advisory — including the $497 network and access audit — are paid only after a range is agreed. Minimum quoted checkout is $25.
- Do not use the quoted-amount checkout for unpublished guesswork.
Taxes, if applicable, are added as required. Returned payments and chargebacks may pause remaining work until the account is current.
06Cancellation, no-show, refunds
Detailed rules live in the Service Agreement. In short:
- On-site: cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead or the 1-hour minimum may be charged.
- Remote: cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours ahead or the session may be charged.
- If we cancel, you are not charged for the unused slot. Prepaid funds stay on the account or are refunded at your option.
- Work not started: unused published residential payment is refundable on request within 7 days.
- Work started: you pay for time and completed scope; unused prepaid remainder stays on the account until it expires.
07Acceptable use
You may not use the site or our work to:
- Break the law, including unauthorized access to systems you do not control.
- Ask us to crack licenses, bypass security you do not own, or recover accounts without proof of authority.
- Abuse, harass, or threaten the operator or any technician.
- Scrape, overload, or interfere with the site.
- Misrepresent who you are or the systems involved.
We can refuse or stop work that would violate this section.
08Intellectual property
The Seraphtek name, marks, RISE method copy, site design, and photography on this site are ours. You may not copy them for a competing offering.
Work product we create for you (for example a site we build under a quoted job) is addressed in the Service Agreement. Until invoices for that job are paid, we retain the work.
09Third parties
Payments run on Stripe. Scheduling runs on Calendly. The site may be hosted by Vercel. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Those companies have their own terms. We are not responsible for an outage or change on their side. See the Privacy Policy for what they receive.
10Website disclaimer
The site is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it is uninterrupted or error-free. Service descriptions are the offer to do work under the Service Agreement, not a guarantee of a specific outcome (including search rank, malware-free forever, or investment results).
11Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seraphtek is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or replacement-device cost, even if we were told they were possible.
Our total liability for a claim arising out of the site or an engagement is limited to the fees you actually paid us for the specific job in the 90 days before the claim. This cap does not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or to our fraud or willful misconduct, where the law does not allow a cap.
Some states do not allow certain limitations. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your home state still apply.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your home state are not waived.
Before filing a claim, email ops@seraphtek.com and give us 30 days to resolve it. Venue for disputes that proceed is the state or federal courts sitting in New Hampshire, unless a consumer statute requires your home county.
13Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of the page is the current version. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms for work booked after that date. Work already booked keeps the terms in effect when you booked, unless we both agree otherwise.
