Checkout asks for state and phone. Scheduling is confirmed after payment at ops@seraphtek.com. Range jobs that are not on the menu still get a written total first.

- Up to 45 minutes
- Additional time $25 per 15 minutes
- Software, virus checks, email, basic Wi-Fi, printers
- Default path when the job does not need a visit

Used against residential field and remote work as it happens. Not a commercial retainer unless a writing for that job says so. Unused hours expire 12 months after purchase.
